Legal Terms
1. Booking Eligibility
Booking is exclusively for women aged 30 and over. All guests must confirm their age and eligibility prior to booking. GODESSAH is an intimate women-only retreat experience.
2. Retreat Reservations
Each retreat is a seven-night stay in a luxury private villa. Final villa selection is confirmed approximately 60 days before departure based on group size and property availability.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are in GBP per person. Inclusions include private chef-prepared meals, two restaurant dining evenings, unlimited soft drinks, and curated excursions. International flights are excluded.
4. Payment & Deposits
A 30% deposit is required at booking for retreats more than 60 days ahead. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are non-refundable within 60 days of departure. Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation and medical costs.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct. GODESSAH is not a therapy programme or corporate networking event. We encourage a peaceful environment where all guests feel safe and comfortable.
